Den Hartogh Holding BV has acquired Bulkcon Transport AB, the Sweden-based logistics service provider for the petrochemical and food industries. The deal extends Den Hartogh's network in the Nordic countries and internationally, the Dutch intermodal specialist says. Pieter den Hartogh, group managing director of Den Hartogh, says: "It has been a pleasure doing business with Bulkcon through the years. After many years of successful collaboration with this Swedish partner, we will continue to enhance our activities from the existing Den Hartogh office in Gothenburg. Our combined team is convinced that we can further develop our footprint in the Nordics and increase overall customer satisfaction."
