European market turns to asset securization

Inspired by the enthusiasm in the US, European corporates are increasingly turning to asset securization; a global seamless funding product for those clients who wish to obtain off-balance sheet financing at very cost-effective rates. A small number of leading banks have successfully introduced a number of asset securization structures in Europe, of which ABN AMRO's Tulip is one of the largest.
