Japanese Noren Door Panels

Noren are Japanese curtains made of cotton that hang in storefronts. Traditionally, they serve as sunshades as well as advertisements, often featuring the store's name or trademark. Today, they are also used indoors in doorways or windows or as wall decoration. I made my noren to hang in the doorway to my studio.
