Gumdrop Scarf

Every once in a while, I feel it's good to step away from multiple-shaft weaving and let some complexity come from my own two hands. I enjoy sitting quietly at the loom and letting it act like a big embroidery frame. This scarf features Danish medallions worked in multiple rows for a fun and colorful border. The white outline around each cell makes me think of a gumdrop that's just been bitten into.
