携帯電話の歴史は、197時の旧日本電信電話公社の自動車電話の開発・供用が始まりと言われ、1992年には携帯電話機・自動車電話機は的170万台であったという。さらに、199時には、自動車・携帯電話機の買取制度が導入され、初期費用、回線利用などの料金が大幅に値下され、広く普及する下地がつくられた。%This research has aimed to clarify how the progress of "Cellular phone" causes various influences on information behavior of the young in our country.rnFirst of all, the author tried to analyze the publication trend on "Cellular phone". The main points of the result are as follows.rn1) The owner of "Cellular phone" (subscriber) rises near 100 million people, and is almost 70% of the entire people as of 2005. The turning point of such a spread is opening "i-mode" system that developed NTTDoCoMo in 1999 to the public, and, as a result, everybody, even be not yet of age who have "Cellular phone" will be able to hook up to the Internet.rn2) From then, not only the minority but also boys of a low age group became extremely easy to access all sites concerning erotic sites, the online dating Web sites, and suicide homicide in the Internet, etc.rn3 ) So, after three years the connections of "Cellular phone" to the Internet the social issues consernd "Online dating Web site" and "Erosait" came to happen frequently, and the book on "Problem of the cellular phone" was published 39 points from 2002 through 2004. And, 44 books are published from 2005 through 2007.
