State Republican leaders are likely to challenge the map in court.rnThe court apparently drew the map with the help of outside experts.rnThe map, approved in a 4-3 decision, will be in effect for the May 15 primaries for the state's 18rnHouse seats. The old map, drawn in 2011 and thrown out last month, gave Republicans a 13-5rnseat advantage and was often cited as one of the most gerrymandered maps in the country.rnThe new map gives Democrats a better shot at three tightly drawn seats in suburbanrnPhiladelphia: congressional district seats 6, 7 and 8.
