ION 2012 Fellow Memberships Announced

The Institute of Navigation (ION) announced the recipients of the 2012 fellow memberships during the ION International Technical Meeting (ITM) 2012 in Newport Beach, California, held January 30-February 1. Election to Fellow membership recognizes the distinguished contributions of ION members to the advancement of the technology, management, practice, and teaching of the arts and science of navigation, and/or lifetime contributions to the institute. Patricia Doherty has been elected for her contributions to radio wave propagation through the ionosphere and her exemplary service to ION.
