摘要

This short note complements the authors' case note on the recent Appellate Body report in US - Measures affecting Trade in Large Civil Aircraft (Second Complaint) (DS353) (US -Boeing). That case note was divided into two parts, the first of which was published in the previous issue of this Journal and reviewed the Appellate Body's findings on financial contribution, benefit and specificity. The second part - published elsewhere in this issue - reviews the Appellate Body's findings on serious prejudice under Article 6.3 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCM Agreement) as well as a few additional minor matters.
