The ENVI Orthorectification Module is an add-on module for ENVI, a software solution for processing and analysing geospatial imagery. The new module combines the model from Spacemetric with an ENVI-based automated workflow approach that takes users through the orthorectification process to geometrically correct an image, removing distortions that occur during image capture. Providing support for a wide range of both satellite and aerial sensors the new module makes orthorectification of imagery accessible to image analysts with various levels of experience, while providing mathematically accurate results. The ENVI Orthorectification Module is available for ENVI 4.6, recently released by ITT Visual Information Solutions.
