A highlight at the fair: Laydown belt Conductive 7690

Peak performance from the start: the owner-run, medium-sized company from Düren, Germany, has developed the laydown belt Conductive 7690 for the production of spun-laid nonwovens. According to the company, full production speed can be quickly reached following a belt change, with no need sand back the surface. The rough belt structure in the running direction ensures a high traction effect in the laydown zone and homogenous carded web formation. The new belt construction ensures optimal web doffing. Users of the Conductive 7690 give the belt extra points for its cleaning properties. Removal of soiling is faster and easier than with conventional belts. And the special monofilaments prevent process-related electrostatic charging.
