摘要

This essay offers a 20-year projection of early signals and anticipated future developments that will affect employment, entrepreneurship and innovation. It does not describe an ideal situation, but rather the direction that we appear to be following at present, along with some ideas for course correction. There are still many unknown factors, but clearly employment will be increasingly global, increasingly contingent, and increasingly compensated by some metric related to the value of work performed.
