摘要

In this work, the results of spectral characteristics of carbon-helium plasma of high-frequency arc with low-frequency modulation under atmospheric pressure have been presented. Also, the results of investigations of fullerenes, nanotubes and nanoparticles formed under these conditions are being discussed.
