Leading UK shellfish exponent the Seafood Company comes to ESE 2006 (Hall 6, Stand 1059) with important additions to its range of value-added seafood products and a widening market focus following its acquisition in September 2005 by Fishery Products International (FPI) of Newfoundland, Canada. The Seafood Company, which comprises Anchor Seafoods and the Cramer Crab Company, continues to operate as a separate entity but its new association with FPI - also at ESE 2006 on stand 6-1126 - has brought significant new opportunities in exchanging industry knowledge and culinary innovation.
