摘要

The paper is focused on the analysis of the content of zinc and lead in vegetative organs of potatoes growing in the vicinity of a busy traffic route. The total content of zinc and lead in soils as well as the content of the particular fractions of these elements were analyzed. Increased total content and high value of the mobility index for Zn and Pb was observed in soils within a distance of 10 m from the traffic route. Content of the analyzed metals in potatoes was distinctly higher in closest vicinity of the route, whereas natural quantities were observed in plants growing at larger distances in relation to the speedway (50 and 100 m). Contents of zinc and lead hampering the consumption usability of potatoes were observed only in plants growing in closest vicinity (10 m) of the speedway.
