The importance of culture was imbued in him growing up as an Eagle Scout, it was sacred at West Point, and it eventually built Mustang Engineering, Inc., a multi-billion-dollar business. Today, Bill Higgs is sharing his passion with leaders across the country who want to become Culture Code Champions.
