Many researches on golf swing have been done to assist the development of golf club and shoe (Williams et al. 1983, 2007, Kawashima et al. 1998). In the case of golf shoe design the ground reaction force (GRF), foot pressure and kinematic analysis are the most used methods. On the other hand the measurement of forces applied to each spike, including the shear forces, has not yet been conducted due to the difficulty of sensor size and attachment.
