The shoe has an outer component forming a standard upper structure in which a breathable inner fibrous web is inserted. A lower component is formed from a breathable fabric inner sole and is inlaid on a breathable lower sole. A poly-plastic sole is designed such that a see-saw shaped reinforced plastic foam is inserted in the poly-plastic sole. The breathable lower sole rests on the poly-plastic sole. A reinforced plastic core is present in an inner side of the reinforced plastic foam along a tilting axis of the shoe.
