Women are usually wearing high-heeled shoes (HHS) for pretty posture demonstration. Nevertheless, HHS interrupts the natural foot position, resulting in discomfort and pain around toes, ball of the foot, heel and arch, and produces a chain reaction of negative effects up to the lower limb and the spine (Cronin, 2014).
