A Winning Recipe

For Robert Mayberry, executive chef at the University of Texas at Austin, creating a great-tasting, healthful soup that will be popular with students and faculty alike is both challenging and fun. Mayberry says he found a winning recipe with a pear and fennel soup. Mayberry and his team developed the soup for a contest at the chefs conference at the University of Massachusetts Amherst this summer.
