If you had the ability to do something over again, what would it be?

I graduated from the CIA in Hyde Park, N.Y., in September 1998. I was accepted and had the option to stay on at the CIA to complete the newly created bachelor's degree program. I opted to get into the workforce with my associates. Fast-forward a few years to 2013, and I am currently taking a full-time course load to complete my bachelor's degree, in addition to my normal work schedule, working toward attaining my ACF Certified Executive Chef credentials and managing two overly busy kids at home. My decision was both a blessing and a burden.
