I recently visited Northwestern University, in Evanston, Ill., where I attended grad school. One of the first questions the dining team at Northwestern, which is managed by Sodexo, asked me was my opinion of the college's dining program when I attended. To be honest, I didn't remember much about the program, not because it was lacking but because my classes were so intense that I rarely left my desk to grab food at one of the university's outlets. When my classmates and I were having a particularly tough day, however, we'd go to Norris University Center to grab a burrito. The burrito wasn't what kept us coming back.
