Fast food boss fined for breaking food safety and hygiene regulations

Food outlet boss Mohammed Anwar has been fined ￡1,000 for breaking food safety and hygiene regulations. Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court heard today how environmental health inspectors had visited Sizzlers Fish and Grill in Haworth Road, Bradford, on 14 October 2014. Anwar, 51, of Cowley Crescent, Heaton, pleaded guilty to four charges brought against him by Bradford Council. He was also ordered to pay a court surcharge of ￡100 and ￡100 towards prosecution and investigation costs that had totalled ￡1,464.
