Views wanted on a proposal to include ratites and camelids under the cold inspection regime

The Food Standards Agency are seeking comments from interested parties on a proposal to update their cold Inspection guidance to include ratites (flightless birds such as ostriches and emus) and camelids (ie llamas and guanacos).
