Supermarket owner fined for serious breaches of food hygiene legislation

A Belfast supermarket owner has been fined £875 for food hygiene offences.rnAbdulai Shapo, the current owner of Yambo’s Food, at 158 Ormeau Road, appeared in Belfast Magistrates’ Courtrnon the 5 July in relation to seven separate offences.rnBelfast City Council brought the prosecution after serious breaches of food hygiene legislation, were identified in arnperiod between 15 December 2014 and 6 November 2015.
