摘要

A family-run shop has been hit with a massive fine for having dozens of out-of-date food items for sale in thefridge.Inspectors found desserts, children's yogurts, ready meals, mini pizzas, packs of ham, salami, and pasties on salein the shop - some as much as 22 days past their use by date.Swansea Magistrates Court heard the father and son who ran the corner shop had offered little co-operation tohygiene investigators, failing to provide requested documentation and not attending interviews. At one stage an arrest warrant had to be issued when court dates were missed.
