Celebrating their 21st year in business, Perfinox manufacture components and systems for cooking, cooling, CIP and rapid heating and cooling from their factory near Porto. Perfinox have traditionally concentrated on supplying technology to other leading process systems integrators but their new partnership with Holmach will enable them to launch their own innovative technology in the UK market. Holmach Ltd, the exclusive distributor of this brand of equipment in the UK, will be introducing Perfinox to the industry over the coming months including Perfitech, an all in one processing vessel that can include heating and cooling, homogenisation and emulsification and built in CIP, with vessels ranging in size from 200-3000 litres. Coupled with Steam Infusion from preferred partner OAL, Holmach can now offer cooking solutions as well as the more traditional indirect and coil type vessels. Rapid batch turnaround can be successfully achieved, with one client running up to 450 SKUs per week. Other Perfinox products include Perfitherm, a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger and Perficlean, a compact CIP system for sauce and dairy manufacturers.
