Predictive risk-based hygiene audits set for roll out by NSF

Food hygiene audit scheduling is set to become more scientifically based by using a novel predictive approach that is currently being pilot tested by auditing specialist NSF International. While the initial trials are being undertaken by NSF with one of its leading foodservice clients, which operates more than 1,500 sites nationwide, the new approach could also find use in food and drink manufacturing plants, said NSF.
