Oil-free compressed air helps yoghurt maker

Since 2011, five:am has been producing yoghurt in an environmentally friendly way. The company uses local, organic ingredients and a conservative production process in an effort to reduce their ecological footprint as much as possible. When searching for a cost-effective and energy-efficient way to produce oil-free compressed air, the decision-makers at five:am came across the Boge BLUEKAT series. These oil-lubricated compressors produce Class 0 compressed air, as officially tested and certified by the TUEV SUED, the most renowned test laboratory in Germany. In the production of the organic yoghurt, some compressed air comes in direct contact with food. One of the things it is used for is to aerate the milk in the silos. Other purposes include filling and then sealing and packing the different yogurt pots, bottles and squeeze pouches.
