Wrigley expands gum, candy offerings

The William Wrigley Jr. Co., a subsidiary of Mars, Inc., announced a spate of new product innovation at the Sweets & Snacks Expo. New from the Starburst brand are Starburst Gummies, available in original and sour flavors, and Starburst Ice Cream Flavors Jelly Beans, a limited-edition offering for the spring season. Gum launches include Orbit White, a soft chew sugar-free gum that helps keep teeth white, and Doublemint Perfectly Sweet, which is sweetened only with sugar. The company also is expanding its Juicy Fruit Fruity Chews gum range with a watermelon variant.
