The New Wagon Assembly Shop of SGP-Verkehrstechnik

The Production Shop 310 was erected by Waagner-Biro at the Simmering Works of SGP-Verkehrstechnik in 1981. Since then the assembly and finishing operations in respect of tramway cars, underground train carriages and railway wagons produced by this factory have taken place in this shop. However, the modern requirements of wagon engineering have now necessitated the enlargement of this production shop.%Waagner-Biro errichtete im Jahr 1981 in Werk Simmering der SGP-Ver-kehrstechnik die Produktionshalle 510. Zusammenbau und Endmontage der in diesem Werk hergestellten Straßenbahn-, U-Bahn- und Eisenbahnwaggons erfolgten seither in dieser Halle. Die neuen Anforderungen der Waggonbautechnik machten nunmehr eine Erweiterung dieses Objektes notwendig.
