Vae Aktiengesellschaft was successful in winning the order for the supply of the rail expansion joints for the Lan-tau Link, previously known as the Lan-tau Fixed Crossing. As the latest landmark in Hong Kong, the Lantau Link constitutes a central node in the traffic system serving the new Chek Lap Rok airport in the north of Lantau island (approx. 32 km from Hong Kong center).
