The employment of dry plasterboard materials for new constructions and in the refurbishment of old houses and buildings is becoming increasingly popular and has resulted in a clear shift away from conventional brick-building techniques. This method of construction with sandwich-type plasterboards is both space-saving and results in the walls being erected more quickly and cheaply. There is no building damp, and the resulting walls produce a cosy interior atmosphere.%Die Verwendung von Trockenbaustoffen im Neubau bzw. in der Althaussanierung nimmt ständig zu und verdrängt zusehends die konventionelle Ziegelbauweise. Ist doch die Bauweise mit Gipskartonplatten raumsparend und überdies sind die Wände schnell und kostengünstig aufgestellt. Es entsteht keine Baufeuchte und Gipswände schaffen ein behagliches Raumklima.
