运行在型钢厂的一种轧辊搬运专用起重机, 运行方式有两种:全自动、手动遥控.两种操作方式可在地面操作台上切换, 具有互相连锁、起重机要求高精度定位毫米级、自动控制非常复杂、要求绝对可靠安全等特点.文中详细叙述了全自动轧辊搬运起重机电气控制的工作流程, 阐述了其关键技术的内容及性能特点.%A roll-handling special crane used in a shaped steel mill is presented. The crane features two operation modes of full automation and remote hand control which can be shifted on ground operation table, interlocking, accurate positioning of millimeter-grade, complicated automation control, reliable and safe operation. The work flow of the crane's electrical control is detailed, as well as the key technologies and performance.
