New Tokker' flies in New Zealand

The Vintage Aviator company has completed and flown its reproduction of a World War One Fokker D.VIII fighter Based at Wellington and Masterton in New Zealand, the organisation specialises in building World War One style aircraft, engines and propellers. The Fokker is powered by a 120hp (88kW) Oberursel rotary engine. The latter was built in Wellington, while the airframe and finishing - complete with German 'lozenge' patterned fabric - was carried out in Masterton.
