C/L Combat

More overseas stuff: one great thing about the modern Internet is the ease with which you can get in contact with flyers from other countries. Combat flyers show up in some unexpected places. I recently struck up an e-mail conversation with Octavio Rodriguez from Cuba, just exchanging a few pleasantries and some pictures of stuff. He's greatly interested in F2D Combat and has managed to put together a flyable plane using an old Ucktam engine from Russia. I suspect it may be a while yet before we see a Cuban team, but it would be great if they could get one going. He's got the latest airplane designs available on the Internet, but I imagine getting materials together and adapting the plane to what you can get is not easy.
