Elipse Aviation remains in usiness despite dire predictions of insolvency ignited when the company was unable to pay its staff on 13 November.In a terse press release issued on 14 November,the company admitted the problem,but stated that "no one had been laid off in this unfortunate situation".Employees returned to work on the following Monday (17 November) and were paid on Tuesday.Eclipse management says it continues to "work diligently on a long-term financial solution for its business",although lawsuits from a growing number of customers could further hamstring the cash-hungry airframer.
