Hawker Pacific and joint venture partner the Shanghai Airport Authority have officially opened their new fixed-base operation located at Shanghai's Hongquiao airport.rnThe facility is initially offering FBO services, including full customs, quarantine and immigration services, as well as aircraft hangarage.
