FIRESA Council at the Excellence Awards

Previously an independent trade association for over ten years, since April 2013 FIRESA is now a Council within the Fire Industry Association and continues its work on behalf of the fire and rescue supply sector. The FIA has over 600 members representing firefighting, fire protection, fire risk assessment and fire engineering practitioners and is the only trade association that represents the full spectrum of suppliers to our fire and rescue services. Within the FIA, FIRESA Council acts as a strong and consistent industry voice and a key influencer in the decisions that are affecting our industry. It enjoys significant recognition across the sector including the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Chief Fire Officers Association as well as being part of the Fire Sector Federation.
