Finding fault with the world's finest Fire Service is no mean feat, but somehow Home Secretary Theresa May pulled it off. Addressing the Fire and Rescue Service directly for the first time in her Reform speech, the Home Secretary lambasted chiefs over pay deals, Essex FRS for a culture of bullying and harassment, the Service in general for being 96 per cent white and 95 per cent male, and heralded the impending doom of the Thomas Review.
