Telseon and Williams Communications enter network expansion agreement

Under the terms of the agreements, Telseon gains access to up to 100 new network locations, including 32 Bell central offices, on Williams Communications' network, an increase from 125 to 225 Telseon metro access points. Williams Communications can now extend the reach of its long-haul network into Telseon's 125 on-net data centers, carrier hotels and colocation facilities. Since the metro transport of both networks is standardized on an ONI DWDM platform, the integration process is simplified.
