In an effort to respond to increasingly demanding customer requirements, Liebert Corp., a supplier of critical space equipment headquartered in Columbus, OH, has developed a customer-focused Total Quality initiative. The initiative was implemented by a newly established Quality Executive Council that developed goals, objectives and measurement tools for a TQ approach to customer satisfaction.
