Not one to fold on its folding smartphone ambitions, the President and Head of Samsung Electronics’ Head of its Mobile Communications Business, Dr TM Roh, explains how Samsung’s galaxy of smartphone technology is “bringing more people into the fold.” Folding screens and smartphones were once the provide of science fiction TV shows and movies only, but ever since Samsung, Royale, Huawei, LG and others have worked on folding and rolling screens, science fiction has become science fact on an ever faster basis. Now, we’re still some years away from the unfolding digimap scene from the Vin Diesel movie Babylon AO, which I’ve embedded below, but Samsung presumably has something like that map on its roadmap - as do its competitors.
