MYRIOTA EXPANDS COMMERCIAL IOT SERVICES TO US, CANADA

Adelaide-based connectivity provider for nanosatellite Internet of Things devices, Myriota,has started offering commercial IoT services in the US and Canada with the launch of thefirst of three nanosatellites on Rocket Lab's "They Go Up So Fast" mission.Each weighs less than 7kgs and is about the size of aloaf of bread, the company said in a statement,adding that this would make it a second-generationnetwork for the firm.Alongside the launch, Myriota is offering a newdeveloper toolkit. It already has a number ofcommercial products such Goanna Ag's rain gaugeand water-tank level monitor (GoRain and GoTank),Yabby's dam level monitor, (Yabby Floating LevelSensor) and the Yabby Level Sensor and Rain Gauge.
