'European territorial pact'

Presidents of European regions - from France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Norway and Denmark - launched a pact, on 16 July, at the CPMR roundtable on the regions and the crisis, which calls for "an extraordinary meeting" bringing together the Commission, member states and European regions in order to look at "the impact of the various recovery plans on the European territories and the quest for the best possible efficiency of the resources used".
