A dozen associations have complained to the European Commission about its tergiversations concerning a system for collective redress on an EU level, which would allow plain tiffs to regroup in order to denounce the same injury. Impatient at delays, the associations wrote, on 30 May, a joint letter to the European Commission, entreating it to take "concrete action", after "numerous previous consultations" have led to no results. In fact, the Commission is still currently analysing the results of the latest consultation, closed only a month ago.
