Ministers call for 'flexible' climate change adaptation strategy

The strategy the European Commission is drawing up on adaptation to climate change has to be flexible and take account of member states' different situations, vulnerabilities and capacities, according to the member states' environment and climate ministers, who met for an informal Council, on 8 July in Nicosia.
