Green light for Lyonnaise des Eaux-Terrena JV

The European Commission authorised under the accelerated procedure, on 30 January, the proposed acquisition of joint control of Terre'O by Lyonnaise des Eaux and Terrena, both of France. The newly created joint venture will operate in the management of waste water treatment and the treatment of water at industrial and agri-food sites in France. Lyonnaise des Eaux is specialised in the entire water processing cycle. Terrena is a cooperative active in services in three sectors: agri-foods, fruit and vegetable supply chain and specialised distribution, and animal production.
