Discussion on: 'On the Continuous Time-Varying JLQ Problem'

It is a well-known fact that, to treat adequately problems related to a wide class of dynamical systems (e.g., industrial, biological, ecological, meteorological and telecommunications systems, among others), we do need to characterize adequately the uncertainties in the modelling of these systems which can be, for instance, of environmental and/or modelling nature. These uncertainties may have many sources: noise in communications systems, atmospheric fluctuation, volatility in the economic scenario, failures (abrupt change in the system structure), parametric uncertainty, inter alia.
