Against Chaotic Heat Supply in Russia

Long-term tariffs and heat meter shall be introduced in Russia up to January 2012. That determines the new law on energy efficiency and the bill on heating supply approved in the first parliamentary reading in November 2009.rnAs a result of market transformation in Russia's power sector the central heat supply systems were divided between owners of various property forms, Valentin Mezhevich of the Russian Federation Council and co-author of the bill on heating supply pointed out during its first parliamentary reading in the Russian State Duma on 11th November 2009.
