Danfoss assumes full Ownership of Tau Energy

Danfoss Group has taken over full ownership of Chinese Tau Energy which Danfoss has had dose cooperation with since 2005. Thereby, Danfoss secures full righte to a new heat exchanger technology, which is considerably more energy-efficient than competing technologies, and which can be produced with fewer raw materials. The full ownership of Tau Energy is set to strengthen Danfoss' heat exchanger business, which is a Danfoss core business area. Heat exchangers are essential components in Danfoss' district heating and air-conditioning solutions, and in addition they are also sold separately.
